Constitution of Advisory Committee of ENVIS Centre

ENVIS/01/2014-15, Dated: 17th December, 2014: In pursuance to directions of Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change, Govt. of India,  Punjab State Council for Science & Technology  (PSCST) is pleased to constitute an Advisory Committee for ENVIS Centre, PSCST comprising Subject Experts from various fields to guide and review ENVIS Centre activities.

The committee shall consist of the following members:

Terms of References of Committee are as under:

      • To review over all activities of the ENVIS Centre.
      • To carry out peer review of information or knowledge products i.e. Databases, Newsletters and other publications of the Centre.
      • To facilitate the formulation of Annual Plan of Centre’s Activities
      • To facilitate collection of Data/Information from all the concerned Departments/Institutions.
      • The term of expert members (by name) shall be three years.
      • The Committee shall meet at least twice during the financial year.
